Polish Curling League (PCL) is the main event organized by the Polish Federation of Curling Clubs. The aim of the Polish Curling League is to create a curling competition system in Poland. The League is to stimulate the sports and organizational development of this discipline in our country.

The first edition of the PCL took place in the 2014/2015 season and was attended by 8 women’s and 10 men’s teams. The games were held on temporary curling tracks in 3 cities: Pawłowice, Bełchatów and Gdańsk. Subsequent editions expressed the growing popularity of the League and constantly increasing number of participating teams.

PCL games moved to the newly-opened, first curling arena in Poland – Curling Łódź in the season 2018/19. Łódź has become a home facility for the PCL games since this season and PCL has evolved to meet the changing needs of the players.

Polish Curling League is the event, which connects high performance athletes (top Polish teams with national and international experience), teams playing curling for fun as well as beginners. Participation in PCL motivates players to develop and allows them to gain necessary experience for future international and national competition.

Season 2021/22 added another level of competition – the first edition of the Curling Mixed Doubles League (MD PCL). This event is continued since than every year.

Polish Curling League brought together a record number of 37 teams in the 2022/23 season. The teams have been divided into 4 men’s leagues and 2 women’s leagues, as well 2 game levels in the category of MD PCL.
